Prestige is an independent insurance agency licensed in 49 states. We are not an insurance company. We work with multiple insurance carriers and submit applications on behalf of our clients. Coverage availability, terms, and pricing are determined solely by the issuing carrier.

Quotes Are Not Binding Coverage

Any online, instant, or estimated quote provided through this website, our tools, our AI chat assistant, or by phone or email is an indication only and does not constitute binding insurance coverage. All quotes are subject to formal underwriting review and approval by the issuing carrier, and final premium may differ from any estimate.

Underwriting Approval Is Always Required

Coverage is not in force until a carrier has completed underwriting, approved the risk, and a licensed Prestige agent has provided written confirmation of binding. Coverage cannot be bound, changed, or cancelled through this website, the chat assistant, voicemail, text message, or unconfirmed email. The actual policy terms, conditions, and exclusions control in every case.

Compensation

3. Accuracy of Information You Provide

Quotes, underwriting decisions, and coverage depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. By submitting information through this website, you represent that it is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge, including:

• USDOT numbers, MC numbers, and other FMCSA registration details.
• Fleet data, including number of power units and trailers, vehicle descriptions, VINs, stated values, garaging locations, radius of operation, and commodities hauled.
• Driver information, including names, dates of birth, license details, experience, and Motor Vehicle Records.
• Loss history, prior coverage, and claims information.

Inaccurate, incomplete, or misrepresented information may result in a revised premium, a declined application, rescission or cancellation of coverage, or denial of a claim, as permitted by the carrier's policy terms and applicable law. Information retrieved automatically from public sources, such as FMCSA records, is provided for convenience only. Prestige does not verify or warrant the accuracy of third party or public data, and you are responsible for reviewing and correcting it before submission.

4. SMS and Electronic Communications

By submitting a form, requesting a quote, or providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications from Prestige by phone, email, and text message regarding your inquiry, quote, policy, and account. You agree that notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
